Notices and important information
WATER
The tap water is not drinkable.
FRIDGE
For the fridge to work properly, it is important not to overload it and to avoid opening and closing it constantly. We recommend leaving space between the food items so that cold air can circulate. If the fridge is too full, it may take several hours to reach the right temperature, or it may not reach it at all.
SWIMMING POOL AND SURROUNDINGS
We kindly ask you to take special care when using the swimming pool and outdoor areas. It is important to respect hygiene, children’s safety, the calm of the surroundings and to keep everything tidy by collecting towels, clothes, toys, creams and other personal items after use.
FIREWOOD
You can request firewood or charcoal for the barbecue and for the fireplace during the winter months. Lasin will provide it at a good price.
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed before 12:00 p.m.
CARS
Cars must be parked in the designated parking area. They may not be left inside the grounds, as they could cause inconvenience. You may access the grounds briefly by car to load and unload luggage.
MOSQUITOES AND INSECTS
As we are in a rural setting, it is normal to find insects and small animals that are not common in urban areas. There may be flies, mosquitoes, wasps, bees or small countryside animals. They are not usually dangerous, but we recommend bringing insect repellent and, for particularly sensitive people, an anti-allergy product for bites.
VEGETABLE GARDEN
You may collect products from the vegetable garden in moderation and only for your own consumption during your stay.

MUSIC AND EXCESSIVE NOISE
The use of speakers or other music playback devices is not allowed outdoors, including the field and swimming pool area. Inside the house, music may be played as long as it is kept at a low volume. We are in a natural and peaceful environment, so we kindly ask you to maintain an atmosphere of relaxation, respect and consideration for the other guests.
PLAYHOUSES FOR THE LITTLE ONES
The playhouses are located at the back, after the baseball field. If you use the toys inside them, we kindly ask you to put them back after use.
WASTE
The rubbish bins are located in the parking area. When entering the grounds from the road, they are on the left, behind some wooden boards that hide them. The company responsible for collection provides a waste sorting service.
